SQL 2008 – Shapefile format Importer

I have been working with SQL 2008′s geography and geometry data types. With few open source tools to import the data files forced me to start writing my own. Once I get to a stable and reliable version I plan to publish it. At the current time I am working to finalize to import the geometry data from the Census Tiger line data published from the 2010 census.
